about

It started with a picture Steven Barber had made quite a while ago.
He posted it on Facebook saying, it would make a good cover for an album for a band. Unfortunately there was no band called "Cirqut".

Wolfgang Krenz thought this idea was very intriguing and he offered some suggestions. Hence he had made electronica as Baskyl. Since the picture resembled the image of the schematics of a computer-mainboard or an advanced "circuit" (!), he thought "Cirqut" (!!) should sound very cool, pure electronic, even kraftwerk-ish.
(You'll see how far we got with that one...)
Steven and Wolfgang both agreed very quickly on this idea.
The album contains 14 tracks. They all focus on the inner life of the favorite electronic device in these days...
All tracks were produced between 05-01-2014 and 03-05-2014.

You can download this album on a "name-your-price"-basis.
If you feel generous, you fill in a figure (let's see, hmm, "3" sounds nice, "7" looks pretty, perhaps...) and we would thank you very much!!!
If you MUST have this album (and we really think you should!), but you are out of money, just insert the "0".
That's okay, too.
We want you to have this recording!
If we are lucky to get any cash at all, we would be proud to give that money to "aiiradio.net".
Enjoy!
